Say HELLO to our Sleep Tight Comfort Plan, the simplest way to peaceful slumber. This is our Warranty program for treated and untreated residences. To put it simply the Sleep Tight Comfort Plan is our way of keeping you comfortably in the covers with treatment coverage. Treating Bed Bugs can be very expensive and quite the hassle. Knowing that it will be handled by professionals upon occurrence or reoccurrence is a beautiful thought. This Plan is offered to everyone from Homes to Hotels, from Apartments to Hospitals. Say Goodnight to the pests for ever and get back to sleeping in your bed again. The Sleep Tight Comfort Plan is your ticket to peace of mind.
How It Works
The Sleep Tight Comfort Plan covers you if a re-infestation of bed bugs occurs during your coverage period. The Plan is paid per year per unit. Apartments, Rentals, Hotels, and other Multi-Unit structures are priced per unit, room, and their geographical location. All structures will start with zero bed bugs and are subject to full inspection by our technician prior to start of plan.
Homes
Any first time Bed Bug Heat Treatment automatically comes with one year enrollment of our Sleep Tight Comfort Plan (as long as the entire structure is treated). The yearly plan fee is based on your home size. If your home is under 3000 Square Feet your plan fee is $250 per year and $350 for homes larger than 3000 Square Feet. The plan may be purchased on any home as long as it is verified that there are no bed bugs.
Hotels & Hospitality Industries
Hotels have received a bad wrap through the years for having bed bugs and poor bed bug management. Major hotel chains have lost large amounts of money to lawsuits and horrifying yelp reviews regarding Bed Bugs and bites received from guests. The Hotel and their Guests can gain peace of mind knowing that Bed Bug Eradication is both up-to-date and under complete control. The Sleep Tight Comfort Plan works differently in the Hospitality management industry it is combined with a routine preventative maintenance and inspection plan.
General pest plans are not enough. Treatment and prevention of bed bugs is more extensive then just spraying product around the perimeter. We inspected a hotel and the manager described the problem that someone was bit extensively and they had treated numerous times from a general pest control group that does not specialize in bed bugs. We asked the manager if they have used heat or dis assembled all furniture to treat they said no. Bugs were discovered behind wall mounted headboard. In another hotel a similar problem occurred though the Pest Control Company they used was treating with the wrong product with poor techniques and multiple bites were still occurring. The Manager was still scratching his head in bewilderment. After finding out that the last treatment was recent we immediately looked up and discovered hundreds to thousands of bugs infested in the crown moulding. The bugs had adapted after failed treatment methods. Heat treatment was recommended and successfully applied.

Question: Can I enroll in the Sleep Tight Comfort Plan if i already have Bed Bugs?
Answer: Yes but only after the bed bugs are eliminated and the elimination is verified by us.
Question: Can I enroll in the program if I am a renter?
Answer: Absolutely! But the Coverage is for that physical location only and is cancelled if you move.
Question: If I run a Hotel Can I purchase the plan for half of the rooms?
Answer: No, if there is 100 rooms all 100 rooms must be covered. We recommend that coverage is purchased for other amenities eating areas, gym, lobby etc.
Question: If I move am I able to transfer this plan to the new location?
Answer: If treatment and warranty occurred on a rental and tenant moves the warranty is cancelled on that unit but tenant may purchase warranty for new location pending inspection and landlord may repurchase new warranty for New tenant pending inspection.
Answer: A home owner moving to a new home may purchase warranty for new home pending inspection.
Answer: There are instances when treatment is needed and families move soon after treatment these are case by case and subject to inspection and the discretion of the bed bug division as to what would be done. If the new home is larger or in a high risk neighborhood additional warranty cost may apply upon transfer.
Question: What is the cost per hotel room?
Answer: We can't really say until we know more about the Hotel. Hotel rooms vary in size and style and location. If you are a Manager of a Hotel Call us for a presentation and to discuss your specific circumstances.
Question: How do I know if I have or don't have bed bugs?
Answer: Schedule us for a free inspection. This is the best first step to bed bug elimination. Determination of whether or not bed bugs are present is as simple as producing a sample.
Question: What if our hotel has detection methods in place and there are no bugs in them? Can we use our detection methods?
Answer: We don't accept these detection methods as accurate most of these require bugs to walk into traps, tunnels, funnels, sticky material, or dog dish type methods. The bugs can crawl up a wall to the ceiling and drop onto host from above or they may be existent in head board or mattress already. Inspection by professional is needed.
Question: Is there warranty for homes that received heat only in 1 or 2 rooms?
Answer: Absolutely in fact due to our thorough inspection and game plan for eradication we will often offer a generous warranty for partial treatment homes. Homes with severe problems and extreme cases were tenants and home owners "let the problem go" may not be offered an extensive warranty or any warranty for that matter.

Answer: If bed bugs are discovered in the home call us immediately and don't delay please try to acquire a sample of the specimen i.e. put it in a bag or a jar take a picture and send it to us. We will come out and treat typically within 2 business days with either product or up to heat treatment. Note: letting the bugs fully re-infest the home may void the warranty. Please keep us informed. When possible please ensure they are bed bugs we do not cover general pest control. Though we treat for it it will be at a fee for service.
